difficult to operate as it sent us in circles refilling out doccuments several times.. the software said we were done, a month later no info on refund.. checked on line it hadnt been submitted by turbotax.. this is terrible we had to call customer service because the software kicked us out and weouldnt let us print our documents. next year well go elsewhere, i suggest you do the same

Easy as always. Just over priced. Why is it $200 for.me.doing it myself??? It doesnt make sense to me. Doing it myself should be cheaper.
