overpriced and needs too much manual review

I feel like last year imported the data better from other systems. We need to review too much and it defeats the purpose of using your program. We paid $60 to have to mail the state form which you didn't tell us we'd need to mail until after we paid. It is literally one sheet of paper where they filled our name and address and that's it and e-file isn't available.
Pros: I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

TurboTax Premium is a solid product with straightforward prompts to help guide you through the tax filing process. The representative who helped troubleshoot an issue that I had was very nice and helpful.
