Fix your software

You have to add functionality to remove the primary vehicle. Not everyone has a vehicle or uses the vehicle in relation to their job and it causes the most issue every year that I have to 'claim' a vehicle I dont have.

overpriced and needs too much manual review

I feel like last year imported the data better from other systems. We need to review too much and it defeats the purpose of using your program. We paid $60 to have to mail the state form which you didn't tell us we'd need to mail until after we paid. It is literally one sheet of paper where they filled our name and address and that's it and e-file isn't available.
Pros: I bought or sold investments, I had a baby
