Been using for years and appreciate the ease. Also appreciate the prompts and available guidance while completing taxes. Use Quickbooks too-which is very helpful and loads right into Turbo Tax at tax time.

Doesn't offer proper instructions on some forms without you having to pay more and more for each little service offered. It's cheaper for me to go to a tax accountant!
