Every year its harder and more confusing to use

I hate that the system is updated every year so It's like learning a new program. I like that it remembers my return info from lat year but everything else seems a little less user friendly every year. I have no idea why my tax return was half the size of last year because the help function and comparison of last year to this year doesn't explain.

I have always loved using tubor tax. i feel like it's very easy to use, the helpful guides are readily available and i love that especially! I love the helpful information that pops up after each little section to help me better understand what i'm doing.
