TurboTax is Mistake Prone

mistakes were made in the W2 uploads and had my state return rejected and the automation could not direct me in how to resolve. Also, the state return process skipped my property tax and I had to go back and enter, nearly costing me $thousands.

Great product to use.

Turbo tax is great. I'm a Tax accountant and use a different product from Intuit (Lacerte) at work. But to do my own taxes I use Turbo Tax. It's fast and easy.

Product itself is fine, however this should not even be necessary but Intuit lobbies the federal government to keep the tax code as complicated as possible so that we can't do it ourselves. Disgusting rent-seeking behavior
