Easy to use. Been using for years. Good for short sessions of working on your taxes for several nights or weeks. Easy to walk thru for review.

Turbo Tax advertises for free tax returns and then suddenly just take it away. You make us to pay even though I chose the free version each time I was asked.

Good for year to year but a cash grab forcing you into spending more money to process more forms or charge stupid high fees just to file.
