So sad

I think it’s sad that some people have to pay to file there taxes just to get there return. We already are not even getting back what we would be expecting on top of now they want us to pay for a service fee like make it make sense. I just think that’s really unfair.

you need to start everyone on the free version like you used too. the fact that i had to redo everything to get to the non upgraded version is bogus.
