I have been using TurboTax SINCE 1998. Never again. First problem was the download. Our desk computer has an mbps of 30 (no, there is no other 0 at the end). My son was kind enough to load it onto a thumb drive for me. Then I was locked out of the icon for three days because Intuit didn't recognize my password. Ironically, I could get into my Intuit and thus Turbotax account through Yahoo. So, all of my info was out in cyberspace but I couldn't access it from my safe at home desktop. This downloaded version was not as familiar as all the 25+ prior versions. I started as I always had and when i came to enter Income, nothing from last year's return had been carried over and it was too late to request that it be done. I found this year's format difficult to navigate. I could not go back and forth from income to deductions easily. I needed a microscope to view the icons on the return to know what to click for the PDF and the print. My printer wouldn't print the return from the screen. I had to save to a PDF first. I spent way too much time reading the help screens on the right and almost all were not helpful. To get a "tax expert", you wanted money. Next year, will probably try H & R Block.
