TurboTax is NOT the fastest!!!

We have used TurboTax all these years, but for our 2024 tax return, the process on the end of Intuit seemed like we were on dial-up internet--- in the year 2025! Also, the program crashed and logged us out intermittently. Very disappointing!
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Seamless and Easy But Cross-Check Imported Brokers

I had trouble with Turbo getting my Vanguard info correct. In the ordinary dividends the same amount, which was the correct amount (7637.11) was entered twice under two payer names I didn't recognize. It is a good thing I reviewed my returns before filing. I went back to the income section an deleted these unknowns an downloaded the Vanguard DIV. This increased my refund. I don't know where these payers came from. And the income section kept saying I needed to review the Vanguard DIV and I was puzzled because the $7637.11 was already shown (twice as I discovered).
