CHARGED MORE THAN I THOUGHT

I THOUGHT I COULD PAY ONLY $39. HOWEVER AS I GOT TO THE FINAL SCREENS THE CHARGE WAS $89. AND I COULD NOT RETURN TO GET THE LOWER PRICE??
