Turbo Tax is the BEST

I feel good about using Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax is reliable and trustworthy in my opinion. I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years now. Always easy and understandable. My returns process quickly, with no issues. Makes doing my taxes stress free.

Turbo Tax New Changes Keep You Lost

I have always loved and used Turbo Tax. But I gave it one less star this year because of the way the design has changed. In the past it had a very clear way through the system. You knew where you were in the time line of filing, and could switch easily from section to section. Now, it just gets you answering questions, and you find yourself lost and not knowing where you are or where different sections are. It was VERY frustrating! I had to use Chat GPT to help me get through it this year, as your own internal system wasn't helping me at all.
