Turbo tax is expensive

It was pretty easy and guided. Confusing on how to delete old information but the price was ridiculous. All the fees were a little too much.

Turbo Tax, MY Reasonable Tax Accountant

I have used Turbo Tax for several years to complete my, and my spouse separate returns. I find it is easy to enter data using “clues” suggested by Turbo Tax. You basically need to fill in the boxes. It is unnecessary to present all of the information you have gathered to a professional tax preparer, who will charge you $50+ per hour to input the information. I receive confirmation that the returns have been received by the State and Federal offices and have never had an issue with my returns.

It’s pretty convenient to be able to knock out your taxes for the year in less than in hour while you are at home.

Turbo Tax is not as they claim

Misleading with regard to pricing; extra fees should be specified. Changed my mind about including a form that Turbo Tax said I had to upgrade to include but charged the upgrade price even after I did not include the form.
