Couldn't Have Done it Without TurboTax

Wow, just transmitted a 29-page 1040 that I could NOT have done w/o TurboTax. The questions and prompts walked me thru step-by-step what do. I still needed to use ChatGPT to understand what some things were. More in-program explanations would be helpful in that regard.

turbo tax is not awesome

In the beginning, the features are listed and it says you have audit support if needed. At the end of the return it says you have to spend ANOTHER $79. on top of the $139. already spent. false advertising.
Explanations of reasoning during return didn't make sense.
"you don't qualify for the EIC because your earned income of $42035 is higher than $50434" ???? When I went to school 50434 was higher than 42035. Also it said there were no qualifying children and there was 1 qualifying child.
The only reason I didn't switch to another company it was April 14th.
During return multiple questions are asked more than once. Questions after return is finished should be asked before that point, especially for accuracy.

Turbo, althought not free, is the way to go

Forms not updating

After changing an answer there was a bug that would not remove the wrong worksheet. It then took 7 plus hours to conclude my filing which included me having to manually remove forms and re-do work.
