Great that you save info from previous years. But WAY too many random animations and buttons to click. Simplicity is quality. And it's WAY too expensive.

Very quick and easy! I ran into a little hiccup on the tax liability section for state and pressed the question mark up top and asked for a representative. The rep called be and walked me through it within 5 minutes!

Turbo Tax works for me!

I have been using TT for years and have never had an issue while filing or even after. The system literally walks you through all possible scenarios you may face while completing the forms. You can go back and correct typically with ease along the way. I haven't to this date had to reach out to a chat agent etc with any issues that came up as the question box typically answers anything that I have concerns about. I've filed both with W2 in the past and now self employment (which was a huge difference and need to adapt to how to file)
