Turbo Tax is too expensive for what they do

Made me fill the same things in twice, and is still too expensive. They also lobby to keep taxes complicated.

I know how to do taxes, and if I had to do it with paper and pencil -- as I did for 30+ years -- I could. I'm so glad I *don't* have to any longer, and TurboTax makes it a stress-free, frustration-minimized experience at a more-than-fair price. Don't ever retire this product, Intuit -- I'll be using it until someone else is winding up my financial affairs.

Needs to do better

Turbo Tax keeps saying my information isn't valid for a refund advance this has happened the past 2 years I've been able to every year before that turbo tax needs to not do refund advance through credit karma
