User Experience amazing, dark mode, a bit pricey

Beautiful and Swift UI experience. Everything is fast and easy. The only couple things I would suggest is to make the services cheaper, and add dark mode.

its disappointing that you mention that turbo tax is free completely free but its actually a lie, if you wanna file with your taxes its an extra 40$ processing fee, if you want anything more then a standard deduction its a fee, if you wanna file your fed and your state together its another 39$ fee, its sad that you guys just continue to raise the price, this year will be my last year using your service

I have been a repeat user of TurboTax and find it easy to navigate for my personal taxes. However, when I introduced it to younger users such as my children and their friends, I've noticed that some find it less intuitive. Many of them prefer apps like CashApp and Chime, as these platforms make it easier with fewer steps, making filing quicker and more accessible for them.
For me, it remains simple and an effective tool for me and I appreciate its features.
