Stick with TurboTax

Each year it gets a little easier. TurboTax is well thought out and functions really well. A free or low-cost live chat feature to explain the dashboard and platform would be nice as opposed to the tax assistance, full-cost feature.

Frustrating

Very frustrating. When I get to the end, it has an issue with my zip code as shown on an 1099. It is the exact same number and format as are on other 1099’s. So after going around and around, I must print out and file by mail. The way I did decades ago. This was a Turbo Tax bug last year as well.
