So quick and easy. If there is something that is not understood I love the fact that I can click on the question mark and it will give you an explanation! I have been using turbo tax for years! I have never had one problem.

turbotax is overall very good

I had trouble filing due to having duplicate 1099 forms, only difference was contract numbers. I had to make slight changes to get it to go through.

Every year, this platform is easier and easier to use. I feel guided the whole way through. Thank you for investing in development that actually makes tax season less dreadful and more fun!
I understand the service I paid for didn't come with tax expert advice, but I would expect the folks I contacted via the phone to have a bit more clarity and confidence in the answers they were providing. That said, they were lovely humans.

Still issues importing 1099-B and Virginia state return was completely botched. Code 20 amount required no entry, made a dozen times, you’d think the software would handle. Will not correct, and now requires snail mail due to TurboTax bug. Nice work!
