It's fine if you like a billion ads

It is easy enough to use. There are constant up-charges, and additions they push throughout. At times, it feels more like a way to advertise/trick you into signing up for more products than to do the one thing that you want it to do. I do find it ridiculous that we Americans have to file our taxes at all - other countries have a much better system than our convoluted "pick a number and I'll tell you if you're wrong and fine you" system.

Cuts out the redundant inputs, but a couple bugs

Did well to include all the steps across state and federal returns, cutting out redundant re-inputs
Got stuck in a loop several times for hours trying to correct a mistake, correcting it, just to return to the review page where the mistake was

TurboTax is an unavoidable scam

Expensive and politically charged. The only reason we need to file taxes is because intuit lobbies the government to continue to make filing taxes mandatory and complicated
