TurboTax is the Best Way to Do Taxes on Your Own!

Really great; walks you through! Have used for years and mostly very happy for the cost. Only issue is educational accounts withdrawals (529s) and expenses aren't intuitive and it's easy to miss things that the program won't catch if you aren't smart on the documents you need.

It's getting a little more pricey to file over years of using but it's still alot cheaper than most options and is reliable no matter if using live agents or not
