Easy to use and understand. I wish I could get an advance without it having to be deposited into a credit karma account but other than that I have no complaints.

Easy to use and I can ask questions anytime. If you ask a question the system will respond with a very helpful answer. I will not go back to the system I used for years. TurboTax is a great system and I'm glad I found it.
