The website works okay but it's irritating that you have to keep paying more and more for every tac situation. The cost should be more available upfront.

Direct deposit update need 2 b clear/understanding

Trying to figure out HOW to update my direct deposit for my refund was very difficult. I suggest having an option to edit the information right under where it shows the bank routing and account number. It took me atleast 20 minutes to figure it out.

Too many hidden fees, better off going to H&R

Unnecessary charges. Claims to be free service but then charges you $129 for premium when it tells you it’s only $89 and then adds another $40 processing fee at the end. TurboTax took $169 of my hard earned money for no reason. I did all of the work myself.
