Turbotax SUCKS!!! NEVER FILING WITH THEM EVER AGN!

Desktop version does not work. Customer service had to transfer me to online version.
Had to pay twice and now have to wait for refund.
Had to call customer service 2 times.
Supervisor had to help me for 2 hours and was very helpful.
BESIDES THAT!!! Turbotax needs better programmer for their DESKTOP Version.
Now I can't help my sister file hers because this is broken!

Issue with Illinois state return.

Everything was fine until I got to the Illinois return. There is confusion about how to handle the previous year's AGI when you have a married couple filing jointly. Does one divide the previous year's AGI between the two spouses, put down the same AGI for each spouse, or give all of the previous year's AGI to one spouse and none to the other? Instructions are not clear.

Frustrating TurboTax Experience This Year

My TurboTax experience was frustrating this year. I’ve used TurboTax for years and have never had such a bad experience! It wouldn’t load my W-2s which I find unbelievable since I work for one of the largest financial institutions in the United States. It also duplicated some of my 1099-DIV and 1099-INT forms. It loaded some of them and then asked me to update them again when reviewing/confirming accuracy. I caught the issue when reviewing the forms before filing. If the issue wasn’t caught, I would have paid appropriately $250 more in taxes and my estimated taxes would have been approximately $200 more this year.
