Horrible!!! You guys charge way to many fees!!! Honestly it's outrageous, not sure how you guys are in business. Poor American families look forward to their tax returns, andvyou guys take that away. MONSTERS!!

Turbotax SUCKS!!! NEVER FILING WITH THEM EVER AGN!

Desktop version does not work. Customer service had to transfer me to online version.
Had to pay twice and now have to wait for refund.
Had to call customer service 2 times.
Supervisor had to help me for 2 hours and was very helpful.
BESIDES THAT!!! Turbotax needs better programmer for their DESKTOP Version.
Now I can't help my sister file hers because this is broken!
