I’ve been using TurboTax to file for my taxes for maybe about five years now if not, this year was absolutely the worst. Every time I got to the end and it kept asking me to type in my name that I could finish and file my taxes it kept saying my name was spelled wrong. I know how to spell my name. I’m looking on turbo and it’s telling me to match it how it spelled it spell right on turbo’s end but for some reason, it just was not working so here I am whole month later actually filing my taxes.

Turbo tax did not ask the right questions so I could enter my annuity payment in correctly. Had no way of correcting.
