Easy tax prep

Quick and easy. Got my taxes done in about an hour. Good knowing I didn’t miss anything because TurboTax asks all the questions in easy to follow prompts.

TurboTax is awesome and worth the time

This is my second time using TurboTax and it has been wonderful. It is very easy to follow along with and can answer any questions if you get stuck. I will be using them every time from now on.

TurboTax Upcharge

I am required to file taxes every year by law. This platform tries to upcharge me at every corner. All I am trying to do is abide by the law and submit the information I have received. I am not utilizing any bells and whistles, and yet this year I was forced into a premium payment.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Mostly easy...I had to search and go back for areas the computer skipped, this would have costed me in deductions had i not gone back to find them.

TurboTax not as good this year.

I've always used Deluxe format which included Schedule D only to be in the middle of my return to find out this year's Deluxe version didn't include said Schedule forcing me to upgrade at an added cost. Crummy. The download wasn't as easy as in past years. I should have had to only pay the difference between the deluxe and premium versions.
