I think Turbo Tax gets better each year; however, I did not have to pay to file, for many years, now I do.

website is easy to use but is not upfront about costs. It waits until you are halfway through the process to hit you with "upgraded plans" you need to finish the process. Realistically, this entire website is pointless. The government should be doing this automatically without a middle man.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

I love that I can do my own taxes and everything is guided for me. If i get stuck i can talk to a real tax representative and they have always helped me out.
