TurboTax is getting sleazy.

I am really disappointed in the level of in-app promotions. It is getting way out of hand and next year I'm going to explore other options. I think there must have be 15-20 places where I had to reject an offer for something I didn't want. And, worse, a lot of them were very tricky such as places where I had to click 'review and sign' and only then find a place where I can choose 'no thanks'. In a word, this is sleazy. I miss the old TurboTax where I felt I could trust you. The trust is rapidly slipping away.
Lastly, the overall user experience feels like it's declining too. I work in software and I know that user experience takes and investment. I think that, at this point, you think you have a cash cow and think that you can start ripping of your customers. Too bad!

Extra fees
