Easy as a breeze.

It had very clear instructions and was easy to use. It handled a rejection from the IRS because I forgot my 1095-A info and informed me what was missing and how to find and include it.

TurboTax is excellent

I love TurboTax and have been a DIY customer for years. They've only improved the experience and explain your taxes in detail every step of the way. I have used TurboTax throughout a variety of situations and it has worked for me each time, including filing jointly, self-employed schedule c, and even amended returns.

User friendly filing service

It was a pretty easy process to complete the tax filing using Turbo Tax and only thing if I want to suggest is that all the pricing for the options should be up front.

Smooth and got human help towards the end

Very smooth but I;d like to have a way to adjust the "details" about each tax form. I mean I understand not many people wanna do it but I do need to adjust a tax form issuer's city and there is no way I can do it. If I can review the forms in the end and correct as I needed that would be good. One big plus is the human help for the AGI... It was different between my 1040 or tax return v.s the transcript from IRS! I have no way to figure this out without the human agent's help
