It gets the job done

it gets the job done, but I find the prompts frustrating. I wish the program would automatically move you to the next question instead of having to individually select each question. I thought I had finished the entire process only to discover that I had state documents to complete. Having a process tracker on the side would be helpful, to show you where you are in the process.

Force you to pay for State e-file

It used to be able to download State form to file it via mail, but I couldn't find this option. The only option I see was file with federal or delete the form.
