1.sale disk which pulled in last years info/data for you.
2.Process was entirely confusing. (previous year's approx 1 hr to complete fed and state - this year 4 hrs)

Highway Robbery

First the positives. It was indeed quick and easy(ish) to file my W-2 but the 1098-T was a bit hidden. However the processing fees, might as well be highway robbery. I get it, you need to pay your employees somehow. But, when I go out of my way to put in common tax documents, with little to no out of the ordinary tax situations BY MY SELF, I shouldn't then be forced to eat almost 300 dollars. It's like tipping the door man after self pay at the supermarket.
