I hate that you lobby the government to make taxes complicated so you can continue to make money. You literally create the problem you solve and anyone who works on turbotax should feel like REALLY BAD.

Turbotax basic should be a more apparent option, there's little reason for someone capable and educated to be forced to pay for turbotax premium

Where is the loyalty?

I saw that there was a coupon for first time users. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have never received an offer. Good business would be offering repeat customers a coupon, at least every once in a while as we are the ones who keep the business afloat. You guys could stand out from other companies that don’t care about their customers by showing this kind of appreciation. It goes a lot farther than you think.
