Too expensive and confusing

Copying of forms from last year was confusing. I re-imported tax docs but they were somehow different than the ones from last year? Also charged me an extra $60 for one form for selling investements.

I like TurboTax, but…

I like TurboTax, but may switch next year! They make the steps easy to understand, and I have been doing my own taxes for years. My only gripe is that I qualified for the free edition, but because I made 2 bitcoin transactions I had to upgrade to a paid service. On top of that, I had to enter my own transactions. It went from free to $178, all for a bitcoin gain of about $22!

TurboTax is Great, Watch for hidden fees

Great product while completing your returns. Very easy to use and better descriptions and how-to's than other tax services. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is the extra hidden fees they try to get you with at the end. It's $40 extra to use your return to pay for this. That's on top of the already really high dollar to use the service.
