I have been using turbo tax for more than 5 years and every year it makes it easy and simple and helps me make sure I am not making any mistakes and just incase we both missed something has audit protection for an added sense of security. Turbo tax for me makes tax season a lot less stressful!

It’s been difficult

Over the years it’s just gotten difficult to navigate the app. It’s more expensive to file. The data you have here apparently doesn’t match the data the irs has about my AGI. Never had to deal with AGI before. It’s too complicated. I’m not paying for extra services I don’t need. The extra help should already be included in the app. It’s everything tax. Still charging me 100$ to do someone else’s job is insane. It’s my money and I need it now!

Another year using TurboTax and don't plan on breaking my streak! Always easy and thorough without being overwhelming. The tips and suggestions are game changers. For someone with a relatively simple tax situation, TurboTax saves me headache and money. LOVE!!!
