$25 delivery fee - questionable

Just gotten so expensive. The $25 delivery fee at the end of the process is misleading and quite a rip-off.

Issues paying for tax fees

I normally Use Turbo tax and have no issues, However, I tried to pay several times with mulitple times for my fees while trying to file and it keep giving me an error message.

TurboTax gets it done!

Overall a good experience. There was a glitch at the end when finishing up the state form. It seemed the system got stuck in a loop and kept going back to start. I had to delete the state form and start over with it completely. After that, everything finished up ok. Just took an extra 45 minutes or so to go back and do the state all over again so knocked off a star for that.

Easy Platform False Advertising

I've used turbo tax before and filed myself and it was totally free for two years. I recommended it to friends and family to do the same. This year I filed like normal as I did previously and when I got to the very last screen turbo asked me for almost $150 dollars PLUS a $40 processing fee. I am disappointed and will be in search of a FREE filing website for 2025.
