Very good product

It was fairly easy to use. A couple of glitches with an incorrect form appearing. I called and a live person walked me through it.

Basics are good but …

Basic stuff worked well. I liked the It’s Deductible function for contributing to charities.
But working on 1099 and stocks capital gains and losses VERY cumbersome.
