Be Precise and True to your Promotions

I like the thoroughness and the possible eligibilities for tax breaks provided to go through along with explanations, examples to see if it applies to your situation. However, before I started the tax return process, I clicked the blue button that says start for free then in the end I'm charged a total of $288 both federal and state including a $40.00 processing fee for the premium regardless. I felt tricked and forced to pay for the premium despite it saying "start for free". Turbo Tax needs to stay true to their promotions on their websites.
