Turbo tax isn't what it used to be

Downloading was a nightmare. We spent 3.5 hours on thew phone with one of your agents to accomplish it. Also, without the CD, this year my previous info was not picked up by your program so I had to reenter a lot of stuff. I've used Turbo tax for years and this was the worst year ever

Does the bare minimum to assist with filing taxes, and their explanations for topics are bare bones. They don't offer definitions or good examples. They are obviously more interested in charging for their premium services than actually making the process simpler. The $40 e-filing fee is unnecessary.

Expensive and not user friendly at all, asking your customers pay 200 just to put in my tax return themselves is ripping people off.
