My experience through turbotax premium was normal, I did not feel the experience was different from previous years. What would have made a difference is talking to a tax professional.

For the most part TURBO is very good and patient.

The single biggest problem is getting the mileage worksheet after working the mileage in the
main form . The worksheet fpr mileage should be at the beginning of recording mileage.

Turbotax assistance, tax expert support

The assistance I received from Jerome was incredibly above and beyond what I expected. I wouldn't call it assistance. He basically filed my taxes for me as he walked me thru the whole process and helped me correct everything that I had goofed up on my own.Truly is a tax expert! I can't commend him enough for his help.He was extremely patient with me and I know that was not an easy task! Thanks again for hanging in there with me!.

Much more affordable options around

Even after discount, it’s much more expensive than alternatives such as Atlas, IRS.gov, or filing with banks that offer free filing. I understand the features and what comes with them but it’s still overpriced in comparison.
