I was unable to E-file because of an obscure $20.13 income on 1094-misc that seems highly suspect to prompt a higher service fee.

Ease of use is the key. TURBO TAX was fast, thorough, and complete. It's the first time that I've filed my own taxes, but it was a smoother process.than I anticipated.
