Overall good experience. There are a few things that come up that I have questions about. Sometimes I don't know what to enter into the form fields because there seems to be a language barrier between me and what is probably common knowledge in the tax world. I don't deal with taxes other than once a year on hear and filling out my local form and my taxes aren't that complicated and there seems to be things that pop up each year that confuse me and I'm not sure what to enter in the fields.

CHAD WAS AWESOME! HE HELPED ME WORK THROUGH SOME ERRORS ON MY RETURN THAT I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT MYSELF. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND KIND. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF I HAD TO CALL IN AGAIN I WOULD WANT TO SPEAK TO CHAD
