Intuit is convoluted

I have never had such a difficult time with simply managing an account. Intuit asks me to update my phone number, and then I attempt to, and then it sends the verification code to my old phone number EVEN THOUGH I'm logged into the account and can access literally everything else.
I will not be using Intuit's products again.

Very expensive, with constant ads for "Max"

Product is entirely too expensive. Now that one can no longer deduct the cost of tax prep, cost has become prohibitive. Too many prompts to buy the "Max" product, at an additional cost!
