TurboTax always makes my tax preparation and filing a good experience. I have been using TT for many years, first starting when it was a DOS version as I recall. Consulted with Alice on my tax preparation, as there were questions about the 1099-R data import from Fidelity. With her help I was able to make the needed revisions successfully. Alice took the time necessary to accomplish this and was very patient with me. A very kind and considerate representative for TurboTax.

Easy to use if do all in one day. I had to go back in a couple of times to finish and the "take me to where I left off" didn't get very close to where I stopped. Both times I stopped so I could get the info needed at that spot, so then I had to navigate through several screens to get to where I needed to be.

It can be slow, logs me out too soon when I am accessing other screens to get needed information or to cross check, can take you through same questions needlessly hence not as streamlined as seems good. I had particular issues with importing W2.

Turbo Tax is super user friendly and well designed. It makes doing my taxes fun, which I greatly appreciate.
Unfortunately this time I was somehow tricked into signing up for Premium and when it was time to pay there was nothing I could do to change it. This constant advertising of more expensive options is really annoying and the service shouldn't cost me more than my refund.
