TurboTax has been very helpful and quick! I have been using this service to file my taxes for the past five years.

Up charges

TurboTax used to be great. TurboTax now tries to sneak in up charges like, Live, MAX, or Let them do it. TurboTax services should be clear and up front like it used to be. NOT trying to up charge you. This year it tricked into selecting Live. I had a hard time changing it to the basic I always use. After this years experience and rising cost, I might go old school eliminate using TurboTax.
