The UI is so clean and easy to use. The clarification questions are easy to understand and the software is so thorough. Plus the ability to drag and drop 1099s make it infinitely easier than free filing programs. Worth. every. penny.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Interface is awful

The interface has gotten worse and the it will lead you to make mistakes in 1099-B. The cost has gone up. This will be the last year I use this product without a major overhaul.
