I've used TurboTax every year I've had taxes and have never run into problems. Always asks straightforward questions to get me the biggest refund possible. I will continue to use it for years to come!

Unnecessarily Confusing

For $170+ that I had to pay, I found most of the experience unnecessarily stressful and confusing. There were points throughout the experience where I felt like TurboTax wanted me to use the Live Expert feature, because they did not explain what they were asking for and did not feature any useful links. I was having to look things up myself and do the necessary research to ensure I filed everything accurately to the best of my knowledge. I do not know why, for the price that I had to pay, there was not more guidance throughout.
