Makes Filing Easy and Painless

Turbo Tax is my number one go to as a single, independent. There's a lot of littler extra steps to do, but the guided process makes me feel assured that I'm doing things correctly.

TuboTax Flexibility

The application is not flexible enough. I should be able to toggle between the user interface and the actual IRS forms. Only be able to view the forma at the very end of the process is not helpful or efficient.

Federal review would not let me fix error.

Program said recipient zip code was incorrect on a1099-div and if I couldn’t correct I would have to file by mail. Finally deleted the form and manually reentered the same information with the same zip code to get through the review.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
