Very Frustrating.

I have used your software for many years. But, I will try not to use Turbo Tax again. I spent 2 days attempting to satisfy your demand that I review my 1099-R form. You would not let me email my forms until you were satisfied but you did not explain the problem so that I could understand it, Very frustrating and you have become very expensive. For many hours I could not determine what you were looking for.
I do not remember you being so demanding in previous years. I will try going elsewhere next year

Too many fees and upcharges

Wasn't very happy to find out that I needed to upgrade from the free version to the premium version even though I've practically entered in all the information myself while still paying fees for just paying with my tax return.
