No free state

Always had a free state file, not this year. Maybe you have to buy the cd version to get free state idk.

It worked, but obscure

It completed my return to the amount that I had calculated, but I did not have much visibility to the actual form where values were used until the very end after payment. It would be much simpler to see progress and check accuracy if one could see the forms as they were being filled in.
Even more so with State (of WI) taxes.

I have been turbo for years. I didn’t like the fact that they are charging for so many things now. I don’t expect it to be free but there is literally a charge for everything and it does not make turbo the best option anymore. That tax software is still a great option though. The features and the process is why I still chose to go with TurboTax.

I have used your software for many years. But, I will try not to use Turbo Tax again. I spent 2 days attempting to satisfy your demand that I review my 1099-R form. You would not let me email my forms until you were satisfied but you did not explain the problem so that I could understand it, Very frustrating and you have become very expensive. For many hours I could not determine what you were looking for.
I do not remember you being so demanding in previous years. I will try going elsewhere next year

Easy to use. Slightly difficult with some documents I had to file but overall good experience.
