There is no place in the app to add up pin it should ask automatically now I have to wait for the refund to be rejected to add the pin

I have used turbo tax for many years this year it was still easy to enter the information but, unlike past years, it was difficult to choose the turbo tax product I wanted the program forces you to choose the most expensive product with the caveat to adjust at the end of the process this is very difficult to do I entered all of my information without any assistance I tried to change the product at the end even with the instructions I was not able to change from the most expensive product I had to clear and hunt for the product I wanted then restart my return

I think the service is okay. I ended up having to pay 188 to do my own taxes. I basically entered personal info and 5 forms. Since one of those forms was a Trust 1041 I had to pay even more. 5 forms 188 dollars and my time. I would probably rather pay my normal guy to do them for me. I consider my taxes to be fairly basic in comparison to what they used tom be. Just feel it was a little more expensive than it needed to be.
