I have been using Turbotax to file my taxes for 17 years. I appreciate the ease of use and that all of the clarifying information is available for each tax situation.

The software has a glitch that put my W2 box 14 deductions into box 12 and if I did not had caught that it would had cost me $400 on deductions

For the first time this year, I noticed a couple bugs. I got hung up while checking the Illinois state return because it couldn't accept my property taxes. no feedback as to why... I had to ignore it and then the complete check didn't even notice it. didn't instill a lot of confidence

Always good - but stop with constant upsells! I don't need all these experts - I use TT because it doesn't bother me. Stop it or I will look for a new vendor.
