Backend Pricing Scam- Going elsewhere

Scammish with back end pricing that I cannot change after I have invested the time i completing the return. Locked me into Premium and wouldn't let me change. For a Return with 1 1099, 1 1098T and 0 W2's. 2023 was reasonable because you downloaded and paid on the front end. Product is now difficult to start and use
