Live experts were great and helpful. The biggest issue was that I couldn't send my amended return for several weeks, but that was eventually fixed.

I really liked the step by step, as well as the search box to look up certain topics or forms that I did not understand. Super convenient and easy to use, and I also liked the review process. I will definitely be using Turbo Tax next year!
