Good but not great...better than paying someone

This has been a reliable and fairly simple product to use. There are some shortcomings that are aggravating, like trying to make a business that is no longer in business go away, but that is frustratingly marginal to overcome.

First time user. It was pretty easy to use. I took longer than the average user but wanted to make sure I had everything correct. I usually use an outside tax service, but coworkers talked me into this
